The Crew
Dan Fox received his formal training in the Culinary Arts at Kendall College in Chicago. After graduation, Dan stayed on in Chicago to start his career at Everest, one of the country’s premiere dining rooms located on the fortieth floor of the Chicago Stock Exchange building.
